Saffron is the buffet restaurant of Atlantis, The Palm. It serves more than 220 dishes from 20 live cooking stations, with Southeast Asian, Indian and seafood dishes and themed nights through the week.
Your ticket includes the dinner buffet, valet parking at the resort and access to the Ambassador Lagoon aquarium, in front of the Kaleidoscope restaurant. Plan about two hours.
Arrive on time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your time slot, you must take a new slot, if one is free. Mocktails and alcoholic drinks are not included.
