In a city surrounded by desert, the Dubai Miracle Garden fills 72,000 square metres with more than 150 million flowers. The displays are on a Dubai scale: a full-size Airbus A380 covered in blossoms, a giant floral clock, heart-shaped arches and a village of mushroom houses.
Next door, the Dubai Butterfly Garden keeps thousands of butterflies in ten domes, so many visitors see both on the same day.
The cards below show entry tickets, a ticket with a return hotel transfer and the Butterfly Garden ticket.
About Dubai Miracle Garden
The Dubai Miracle Garden opened in 2013 in Al Barsha South. The flowers are watered with recycled water through drip irrigation, and the displays change from season to season.
The garden opens for the cooler months only. It usually opens in the autumn and closes in late spring, before the summer heat. Check the dates before you plan a visit.
What to expect on a Dubai Miracle Garden experience
Walk the paths at your own pace and allow one and a half to two hours. The garden has cafés, shaded areas and plenty of photo spots. Professional cameras and drones are not allowed, and you must not pick the flowers.
With the transfer ticket, your driver collects you at your hotel in the late morning and brings you back after the visit. The Butterfly Garden is a few steps from the Miracle Garden entrance.
Best time to visit
The garden is open in the cooler months, usually from autumn to spring. The flowers are at their fullest in the winter months.
Visit in the late afternoon for softer light and cooler air, and stay for the lights after dark. Weekends are the busiest days.
Getting around
The garden is in Al Barsha South, away from the metro. A taxi or ride-hailing car from Dubai Marina or Downtown takes about 20 to 30 minutes.
For an easy trip, choose the ticket with a return hotel transfer. Pickup is from hotels in Dubai.
