Casa Vicens was Antoni Gaudí's first major work. He built it as a summer house for the Vicens family in the Gràcia district. The bright tiles, Moorish details and plant motifs show ideas that he later used in his most famous buildings.
Your ticket lets you skip the ticket line and walk through the rooms, the garden and the rooftop at your own pace. Scan the code at the entrance to get the audio guide on your smartphone.
Casa Vicens is less crowded than the big Gaudí sites, so it is a good place to see his early work up close.
