Full description
Park Güell sits high on a hill above Barcelona. Count Eusebi Güell first planned it as a private housing estate. Gaudí lived in the park for 20 years, and it opened to everyone after his death in 1926.
In the Monumental Zone, walls, paths and buildings copy the shapes of nature. Colorful tiles cover the famous Serpent Bench, and the upper paths give you wide views over the city.
