The Palmetum of Santa Cruz de Tenerife is a botanical garden of 12 hectares by the sea. Its main collection is palm trees. Each palm grows among plants from its home region.
See plants from the Canary Islands and from places as far away as New Caledonia. The Caribbean collection is the most varied in the garden. Do not miss the baobab trees, which flower here every year since 2012.
