Late spring to early autumn (May–September) is the best time to visit Malmö: long daylight hours, mild temperatures and lively parks, squares and waterfront perfect for walking tours.

From Copenhagen, the Øresundståg train crosses the Øresund Bridge to Malmö Central in around 30–40 minutes, making it an easy day trip. Copenhagen Airport (CPH) is directly on the same line.
