Valencia Paella Show Cooking Experience

After the market visit, continue to the cooking space for an interactive Paella Show Cooking Workshop. During the experience, you will learn how paella is prepared, what makes Valencian rice dishes unique, and why paella is one of Spain’s most iconic culinary traditions.

The workshop includes the preparation and tasting of three different paellas, allowing guests to compare flavors, ingredients and techniques. Alongside the paella, enjoy a selection of Spanish favorites including tortilla de patata, jamón, patatas fritas, sangria, local wines and traditional coca de llanda, a typical Valencian sponge cake.

The experience also includes an introduction to Spanish and Valencian wine culture, with an optional wine tasting and basic oenological explanation to help guests better understand the pairing between wine, rice dishes and local gastronomy.

At the end of the activity, each participant receives a Master Paellero Diploma, making the experience fun, memorable and perfect for groups. A printed group photo is also included as a souvenir of your Valencia food experience.
