Sacromonte Caves Museum: Entry Ticket

The Sacromonte Caves Museum shows how people lived in the cave houses of Sacromonte. Gitano settlers made their homes here from the 18th century, and the caves stayed cool in summer and warm in winter.

Walk through rooms set out as kitchens, bedrooms and workshops, with exhibits on local crafts, music and the plants and geography of the area. Outside, the paths give wide views over the valley to the Alhambra.

The museum is a good addition to a walk through the Albaicín and Sacromonte. Children under 11 enter free and need no ticket.
