Palazzo Pitti was the palace of the Medici grand dukes, and the Boboli Gardens behind it are one of the first great Italian formal gardens. Paths, fountains, statues and grottoes climb the hill behind the palace, with views over Florence.
Your reserved ticket gives entry to Palazzo Pitti and to the Boboli Gardens, plus a downloadable Florence city audio guide from an independent operator. Villa Bardini is not included. Re-entry is not allowed.
The Boboli Gardens close on the first and last Monday of each month. Your entry time can move by up to 45 minutes, so check your voucher. Enter through the side entrance at the Cortile della Dispensa, and bring an ID. Under-18s enter free with an ID at the ticket office.

• Free tickets for visitors aged 0–17 are available at the ticket office with a valid ID
• Pitti Palace & Boboli Garden entry ticket price: Adult (18+): € 25.00
• Bring your ID; it is mandatory
• If your personal information is incorrect, access will be denied
• The Boboli Gardens are closed on the first and last Monday of each month
• The new access to Palazzo Pitti is via the side entrance through the Cortile della Dispensa and the vaulted passageway to the Cortile dell'Ammannati. The main entrance is for exits only
• You will be assigned the closest available timeslot to your selected time. Your exact entry time may vary by up to 45 minutes
• Check the confirmed entry time in your voucher and show it at the entrance
• The link to download your digital audio guide is included in your voucher. Please note that it is not the official audio guide; it is offered by an operator
• The last admission to the Boboli Gardens and Pitti is an hour before the closing time
• Re-entry is not allowed
