The Alhambra rises on a hill above Granada, a palace city built by the Nasrid rulers of al-Andalus. This ticket opens most of the complex: the Alcazaba, the oldest part of the fortress, the Generalife summer palace and its gardens, the Partal, the Palace of Charles V and the Alhambra Museum.
Walk the Generalife gardens, with their fountains, water channels and views over the rest of the complex and the city. From the towers of the Alcazaba you look down on the Albaicín and across to the Sierra Nevada.
The Nasrid Palaces are not included. Bring the same ID document you used to book, because staff check it at the entrance.
