Holyrood Distillery is the first single malt whisky distillery in Edinburgh for more than 100 years. The one-hour tour starts with a seasonal welcome cocktail.
A guide shows you how the distillery makes Height of Arrows gin and how it uses special malts, yeasts and oak casks to create its single malts. You taste the gin and the whisky along the way.
