Inside, each room plays a different trick on your eyes and brain. You lean in rooms that seem to tilt, stand in spaces where people appear to shrink or grow, and pose with installations that make you look like you defy gravity. Short notes beside the exhibits explain the science of perception behind each illusion.
The visit works well for all ages and on rainy days. Bring your phone: most exhibits are built for photos. Your ticket also gives access to the museum shop, and you can leave coats and bags in the free wardrobe and lockers.
