Top of the Rock sits on top of 30 Rockefeller Plaza, about 250 metres above Midtown. Its three levels of indoor and outdoor decks face every direction, with the Empire State Building to the south and Central Park to the north.
Choose general admission, or add the SKYLIFT, a rotating platform that rises above the top deck, or The Beam, where you sit on a steel beam high above the city, like the famous 1932 photo.
Go to the red carpet at your time, not before. If the weather or visibility is poor, the venue gives you a new time or date.
