A private experience dedicated to one of Tuscany’s most fascinating culinary traditions: truffle hunting. In San Gimignano, you’ll accompany truffle dogs into the countryside, watch them at work, and discover how this activity—deeply rooted in the local culture—is carried out.
After the hunt, enjoy a four-course truffle-themed tasting lunch or dinner at the Colombaio di Santa Chiara; a two-course menu is provided for children under 12. The experience is always exclusive to your group, at no additional cost.
Starts at 10:00 a.m. (with lunch) or 4:00 p.m. (with dinner), daily; total duration approximately 5 hours. Wine pairings and transportation not included. Comfortable shoes are recommended for walking on natural terrain.
