Tolfa: Traditional Cooking Class in a Farmhouse

Discover the flavors of Italian tradition at L'Ottava Goccia Country House in Tolfa, a farmhouse nestled in the countryside of the Lazio Maremma. Here, cooking becomes a way to explore the region, its ingredients, and the recipes passed down through the generations.

You can explore the property’s organic garden and, depending on the season, harvest some produce to use in the kitchen. Then it’s time to get hands-on, under the guidance of the property’s chef. No experience is necessary—the goal is to actively participate and learn the basics of home cooking.

You can choose between two experiences:

- Cooking class with lunch, from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.: fresh pasta with traditional sauces and local specialties, followed by lunch

- Cooking class on desserts and jams with an afternoon snack, from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
