Rome: Helius Day Spa at the Stigliano Thermal Baths

Head to the Stigliano Thermal Baths in Canale Monterano, about 50 km from Rome, and treat yourself to a day of wellness in a place steeped in an ancient Roman spa tradition, nestled in the natural surroundings of the Monterano Nature Reserve.

At the Helius Day Spa, follow the self-guided wellness circuit: indoor whirlpool, Roman sweat cave, sauna and bio-sauna, salt room, infrared and aromatherapy rooms, and a cold room with an ice waterfall and sensory showers. Continue on to the outdoor spa areas, featuring small lakes and thermal water pools set amidst the park’s greenery.

A locker and spa kit—including a bathrobe and towel—are provided.

You can choose from three admission options:

- Day Pass: valid from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM

- Morning Pass: valid from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM

- Afternoon Pass: valid from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM

Important information:

- A security deposit of €20 per person is required for the spa kit; this will be refunded at the end of your visit

- Some pools and outdoor areas are seasonal and subject to weather conditions

- Massages, treatments, food, and beverages are not included

- Pets are not allowed
