Pistoia: Yoga Among the Olive Trees, Olive Oil, and a Gourmet Lunch

Meet the team at the Pistoia train station at 9:00 a.m. and set off on the included transfer to the stops on this private tour, dedicated to the culture of extra virgin olive oil and the landscapes of Tuscany.

The first activity is a 25-minute private yoga session among the olive trees, to slow down and enjoy the tranquility of nature.

Next, discover the Ager Oliva project, which restores abandoned olive groves and enhances the local area: choose an olive tree, give it a name, and receive a personalized adoption certificate. Continue with a guided tour of the olive mill to learn about olive processing and how to recognize high-quality oil, followed by a guided tasting.

The day continues at Agriturismo Millennial with a private gourmet lunch prepared by Chef Jacopo Leggieri. Before you leave, you’ll receive a liter of organic Tuscan extra virgin olive oil and your adoption certificate. Transportation between stops and the return to the Pistoia train station are included.
