For reference only. Itineraries are subject to change.
Discover Palermo’s artistic heritage at two locations of the Fondazione Sicilia: Palazzo Branciforte and Villa Zito, with a single ticket.
At Palazzo Branciforte, a historic building in the center of Palermo restored according to a design by Gae Aulenti, the tour lasts about 45 minutes and includes an audio guide. Among the most evocative spaces is the historic Monte dei Pegni di Santa Rosalia, with its extraordinary wooden structure; the tour also includes archaeological collections, majolica, coins, and stamps.
The Villa Zito Art Gallery, located at Via della Libertà 52, houses the Fondazione Sicilia’s art collections. There’s no need to visit both on the same day: the ticket used at the first location is valid for the other for up to one year from the date of issue.
Admission to Palazzo Branciforte is available Tuesday through Sunday at 10:00 a.m., 11:15 a.m., 12:30 p.m., 2:15 p.m., 3:30 p.m., and 4:45 p.m.; it is closed on Mondays. Villa Zito can be visited during its regular hours (normally 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., with last admission one hour before closing). Transportation between the two venues is not included.
Tickets are sold by Rocca d’Italia, an independent retailer.
