A must-see free tour of the Medina and its guilds.

Our tour begins at Koukoubia Square, where we’ll meet right next to the white dome. The first stop is a historical introduction where we’ll see the Koukoubia Mosque—the most iconic building in the Medina and the earliest remnants of the imperial city. We’ll then cross over to enter the “Seven Curves” neighborhood, home to the mausoleum of Moul Laksour (one of the Seven Saints of Marrakech). Next, we’ll visit the Mouassine neighborhood with its famous hammam and wood-fired oven. Afterward, we’ll head to the guild district, where you’ll have the opportunity to visit the souks for dyes, copper, iron, and leather… until we reach Ben Youssef Square and its magnificent madrasa.

The tour then continues to the Spice Square, the Moorish and Jewish quarters—including the famous Square of the Copper Smiths—and the authentic Kasbah walls, finally arriving at Jemaa el-Fna Square, the heart of the Medina and a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage site.
