Join us in Madrid’s historic Barrio de las Letras for an evening exploring three traditional Spanish taverns. We’ll help you navigate the menus, introduce you to the stories behind the food and make choosing your next tapa something to look forward to. We begin in Plaza Santa Ana, beside the Calderón de la Barca statue. From there, we’ll wander through the Literary Quarter, discovering its connections to Spain’s Golden Age and the place of taverns in Madrid’s social life. Across our three stops, you’ll enjoy 5–6 tapas and 3 drinks per person, with à la carte ordering guided by your preferences. Between taverns, there’s time for neighbourhood stories, questions, and recommendations for the days ahead. The walk covers approximately 1.2 km over 2.5 hours, leaving plenty of time to enjoy what’s on the table.
