Zoo Santo Inácio is the largest and greenest zoo in northern Portugal, near Porto. It has more than 100 species, including lions, giraffes, rhinos, zebras and macaws.
Walk through the Lions' Tunnel, a glass tunnel that runs through the habitat of the Asiatic lions. Explore the African savannah and other habitats, and watch the daily feeding and demonstrations.
The animals go inside one hour before closing, so arrive early.
