The London Eye stands on the South Bank of the Thames, opposite the Houses of Parliament. Its 32 glass capsules turn slowly, and one ride takes about 30 minutes.
From the top you see Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, St Paul's Cathedral and, on clear days, far beyond the city. Each capsule has a bench in the middle, but you can walk around for the best view.
Go to the standard entrance, queue A. The time on your ticket is the time you join the queue. Fast-track entry is not included.
