The Grand Palace was the home of the kings of Siam from 1782. Your English-speaking guide meets you near Tha Chang pier and tells you the story of the royal buildings, statues and murals.
Then walk into Wat Phra Kaew, inside the palace grounds. It holds the Emerald Buddha, the most sacred Buddha image in Thailand. You can choose to add the entrance fees to your booking.
