The Prado is Spain's great art museum and one of the most important in the world. Its rooms hold the best collection of Spanish painting anywhere, from Velázquez and Goya to El Greco, together with masters such as Titian, Rubens, Rembrandt and Bosch.
Your ticket gives you entry to the permanent collection and the temporary exhibitions. You use a dedicated entrance, the Jerónimos entrance, to the left of the box office. Your time slot is on your voucher and can move by up to one hour.
Temporary exhibitions can fill up, so visit them first. Under-18s and students aged 18 to 25 enter free.

• Free Prado tickets for under-18s, students 18-25 & disabled visitors + 1 carer; reduced tickets for seniors 65+ available onsite
• Groups of more than 7 people have to contact the museum directly
• Please check your voucher for the final confirmed timeslot. Note that the scheduled time may vary within a 1-hour range.
• Free access on Mon-Sat 18:00-20:00; Sun & holidays 17:00-19:00 (entry to temporary exhibitions isn't included)
• Enter via the Jerónimos entrance, located on the left side of the box office. This entrance is also indicated by a sign outside the museum
• Show your Prado Museum ticket on your smartphone to the staff at the entrance
• Keep your Prado ticket ready during your visit
• Temporary exhibitions may be subject to capacity constrictions. We recommend to visit the temporary exhibitions before the general collection to make sure you get a spot
